Is your furniture made in the USA?

Yes, our furniture is handmade by Amish craftsmen located within the United States, primarily in Ohio and Indiana.

Do you have a return policy?

The vast majority of our furniture is made-to-order and returns are not accepted.  All sales are final.

How long will it take for my furniture to be made?

The current turnaround on custom orders is between 14 - 16 weeks for indoor furniture; 8 - 12 weeks for outdoor furniture.

Is there a quality/workmanship guarantee and what does that cover?

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted furniture and will gladly replace or repair any defect in workmanship.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.  We do not accept American Express.

Do I have to pay everything at once or can I make payments?

A deposit of 50% is required to start your custom furniture order.  The remaining 50% is due either upon delivery or pickup at our store.  We also offer a layaway plan.

Can you tell me a little more about your layaway plan?

The layaway program allows you to make six (6) equal monthly payments on a piece of furniture based on it's total purchase cost.  Once you have paid 50% of the total cost, the manufacturer fulfills your order and payments are non-refundable.  Your furniture is eligible for delivery or pickup once 100% of the total cost has been paid.

Do you deliver?

Sure thing.  Our professional delivery service will bring your beautiful, handcrafted furniture to your home.

Will I need to help you unload the furniture?

Furniture is typically delivered by a two-man team.  Solid wood furniture can be quite heavy, and we request that you have one or two additional able-bodied helpers to assist with unloading and placement.  

How much space is needed for the delivery truck?

Furniture is delivered using a standard enclosed cargo trailer.  In the event that you have an extra small entry or driveway, feel free to let us know beforehand so that we can discuss options.

What days can I place an online order?

You can place an order Monday - Saturday during our normal business hours.  Online bakery orders can be placed from Thursday – Saturday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (EST).

How long before my online order will be ready for pick up?

Generally speaking, your order will be ready for pick up 24 hours after placing your order.  Orders placed Monday - Wednesday will be available for pick up on Thursday at 10:00 AM.  

Do I need to let you know what time I plan to pick my order up?

We appreciate your letting us know when you'd like to pick up your order.

Will you let me know if an item that I have ordered is out of stock?

If an item happens to be out of stock, we’ll do our best to call you and discuss alternate options.

What in-store payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check and all major credit/debit cards.  We do not accept American Express.
